on 7th of april, I saw an add on Facebook from Kasturifab.myshopify.com where they has listed mango prices at very cheap rates. The prices ranged from RS.300-500 for 10 kg box. Given it was advertised on facebook and payment link was through razorpay, I had placed the order and chose 2 days express delivery. I had paid total of 578.82 including taxes and delivery charges. However the next day the site has dissapeared and I understood that this was a scam. My complaint is against Kasturifab and also against FaceBook and RazorPay. How can they onboard frasudters on their site. Especially razorpay, how can they onboard withour proper due diligence.
Kindly look into this matter urgently as they may be cheating others as well through such scams.

i have ordered some dry fruits through Kasturifab.myshopify.com for about 2000 rs .Now the site is unavailable, i am not able to contact them either through mail or customer care no , its look like fake site. Kindly look it to this and especially this kind of site their posting in face book and instagram. we dont know which is reliable which is not reliable….
