on 7th April 2021, I have seen an instagram ad quoting that 10kg of Alphanso and Ratnagiri mangoes are on sale. When I clicked the link, it redirected to kasturifab.myshopify.com/ when I placed the order, with my residentail address in Mumbai. I paid a total of 578.82 rupees using my credit card via Razorpay online payment handle. I could not believe the price that I paid for, but based on the ad on a website like Instagram and the online payment handle like Razorpay, I easily believed that nothing can go wrong. As I opted for 2 day delivery, I was expecting the order by 8th April, 2021. However, after the payment been made, I did not receive any message from the seller about order confirmation or deliver expected date or anything. Upon suspesion, I checked on google with key words as “10kg Alphanso myshopify.com”, then I realized that many customers like me have been cheated by various sellers on myshopify.com. Many people have posted that they did not receive the delivery even after waiting for weeks. Please take this issue very seriously, as thousands of educated people are being cheated everyday.
I wonder how a trusted online payment handle like Razorpay has allowed these kind of cheaters to use their system to process online payments. Now I am dounting the Razorpay system as well and I am not sure if my credit cards saved on their platform are safe or not. Also, I am wondering how a tech giant like Instagram can post ads from these kind of fraudsters and advertise them to the mass public to victimize them. So my complaint would also include Instagram and Razorpay online payments handle.

Same happen with me also, I ahad order 10kg mangoes which is not yet deliver, and now website is showing its not available. Advertise show in facebook. Don’t know how facebook allow ad on there page for such fake and fraud advertisement.

Unbelievable, they got me too!! Never imagined someone could cheat me. Because of these arseholes I would never trust even from a legitimate ads.

Same thing happened with me. I saw ad of this company on my Facebook. I LOST 500 Rs..
How can Facebook allow this type of fraud company to post there ads on Facebook.
Hello sir I am also one who ordered 10kg mangoes for m the online store. The ad was seen on Facebook page and still there are ads running on it. I am also one whose money the got stolen by the fake company. Facebook and Instagram should see what they are posting they are helping these scammers to operate.
Hello sir I also saw the same message on Facebook and ordered the 10kg mango and applied for one day delivery. I just received the payment message on mail and could not see the order confirmation. Today while checking the order as it says one day delivery today we cannot see any store online. This was scam and companies like facebook and Instagram are promoting them. I am personally going to loop Facebook as the application still shows the add of the site.
