When I have gone to the showroom for selecting a bike for my brother, all of the employees were kind and cooperative. They all were helping us. But after using it for a week, it started having issues when we have to go e to the mechanic, he told us that the company has played a game by giving us an old bike instead of a new one. When contacted customer service, none of them picked up the call, when I visited the showroom personally, they are not ready to listen to the issues. For every fault, they were blaming their mechanic, who was not even present on that day because of some family function. They were not ready to accept their fault.
