i recently had a disappointing experience at the Keeway Bike Dealer while trying to purchase a Keeway 250v for my father. Despite my initial excitement and advance payment, the bike has yet to be delivered after 3 months. As I live far away, travelling back to the showroom has been inconvenient. They could have been more responsive and helpful
despite numerous attempts to contact them through various means, including emails to the head office and showroom manager.
I requested a refund of my money since they failed to deliver the bike as promised, but the showroom staff needed to be more flexible, respectful, and rude in denying my request. It’s disheartening to realize that I have fallen victim to such dishonest and fraudulent behaviour. I am concerned that others may also be at risk of being scammed by these unprofessional individuals.I urge everyone to exercise caution and avoid visiting the Keeway Bike Showroom in Rajouri Garden. It’s time to take serious action against these fraudsters to prevent the further exploitation of unsuspecting customers. My hard-earned money was taken for nothing, and it feels like theft. Let’s raise awareness and protect ourselves and others from falling prey to such scam.
