I ordered outdoor lounge office folding zero gravity recliner adjustable chair on 9th September. My order number was 18726 and paid Rs. 649 through Paytm. Till now I am not getting any response. Is this fraud?. Email ID provided is also false. the money should be refunded at the earliest.
