BEFORE THE HON’BLE DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM IN THE MATTER OF: Servicing Related Issue

I’m a Kent Water Purifier consumer.
S/N: KR1604052758

I have to file a complaint the against the Kent Water Purifier Company.

In Earlier servicing the agent do nothing said by new agent in six months warranty for that I’ve to change 2 filter which will cost Rs. 1000.
And when i called SM of Kent North Bengal Named Sanjay Sharma said that this is not a issue and he also said that these candle should replace mandatory in every six months which is not written anywhere.But I am afraid about it is a sensitive matter and I don’t have any experience about it.

So I request you that please take necessary action and help me to get new png connection assoon as possible.
