I’m writing to complain officially about Keys Resorts and Hospitalities’ dishonest business practices and failure to keep their word. These are the details of my membership:
Payment for Membership: 93,000
Date of Membership: [12 April 23]
In order to receive specific benefits and services in accordance with the terms of the membership agreement, I entered into one with Keys Resorts and Hospitalities. I was disappointed with the company’s services because they did not live up to their promises.
The business finally provided me with a post-dated check for the refund sum after numerous attempts to address my concerns and request a cancellation and refund of my payment. Unfortunately, the check bounced after three months, and since then I have been unable to get in touch with Keys Resorts and Hospitalities. It appears that the business has committed fraud and is avoiding its obligations.
I think that Mr. Chintan Vaishnav and Deep Malavia, the owners of Keys Resorts and Hospitalities, are acting not only unethically but also illegally.
Customers like me who trusted their services were taken advantage of, and they made off with our hard-earned money.
I respectfully ask for your quick action and support in getting this issue resolved. I’m looking for the following cures:
1. A complete refund of the $93,000 membership fee that was paid to Keys Resorts and Hospitalities.
2. A probe into the business’s and its owners’ fraudulent practices.
3. Effective legal action to stop Keys Resorts and Hospitalities from defrauding other customers.
I would be more than happy to offer any paperwork or proof needed to back up my complaint.
I appreciate your consideration of this matter and ask that Keys Resorts and Hospitalities be promptly held liable for their deeds.
I’m hoping that your intervention will help me get my hard-earned money back and stop others from becoming a victim of their dishonest tactics.
