Service/Plan to be purchased: vacation package (2, 62,000) Service promised: 5 years of vacation plans, a Maldives vacation package, and we paid salesperson Shishir Mitra an additional 37021 rupees for flight tickets.
They are currently not returning calls or responding to emails, and as far as I know, Mr. Chintan Vaishnav, the CEO of Keys Resorts, has been detained while police search for other employees.
In order to pursue legal action against those who participated in this fraud, I am also consulting my attorney. The participants in this fraud are Shishir Mitra, Chintan Vaishnav, Dip Malviya, Afrin, Vedang Vaishnav, Fraddy, Ankit, and other employees.
