Regarding my payment kfc,

I tried to purchase and order in kfc portal on 18 march 2016.
Purchase has not been completed. But i found paytm balance has been deducted from my account

Details of transaction:

Rs 505.73

Providing my kfc account name:

Could you please check and let me know the reason, why amount got deducted and not refunded yet to my account which transaction was never met. ?

Request you to refund my amount asap.
