I have seen an ad on Instagram of fortune kachi ghani oil 5ltr @ 458 with free shipping,so I decided to order it .I have open the side Kitchen-Cartts.Myshopify.com and I have ordered 2 times 5 ltr oil that is 10 ltr oil of ₹916/- on 7 March 2022,Monday at 12:54am .
After ordering the oil I was scrolling down on site and see utensils and cookware at low price so I have order a set of cookware containing 2 pressure cooker (2ltr,3ltr)and a pan .This was a nonstick induction cookware set of red and black colour which I have ordered@399/- on the same day on 7 March 2022. After ordering the 1 pack of 5ltr oil it was showing that you can avail this offer only once so for ordering the other pack of 5 ltr oil I have changed the mobile no.and name and given my mom no.and name .And the cookware which I have Ordered it has done on my mom name and no.then it didn’t show to change the no. Or I can’t avail it .
I have done all the payment through my debit card .
After the payment has done it was showing that all the update about your product will be given to you through the sms on your mobile no.which you have entered at the time of ordering.
This is the first time I have ordered on this website .And this is the first only that I have ordered something ,paid for it and not got anything like no sms , no update and no delivery.
After the payment has done it shows a thank you message for shopping and given a code so I have taken screenshot of that .
I have never though that this can happen or its fake or fraud website .
I have open the website of kitchen cartts also and tried to contact them .The no. Which they have given is wrong no. and the other option to contact them is through email . They have given an email I’d for any issue and query so I have send my complain on that email I’d as well but didn’t get any response.
So please I request you to pls help me out either to get my order deliver or got my money back . I have already mentioned my email I’d below
