On 28th December 2021, I choosed two products for kitchen in kitchencup online shopping. I have paid 900/- Rs by online mode. They took excess 99/- Rs in each product for quick delivery. They showed quick response by thanking letter after getting the money. But after 14 days also, I haven’t received the products. There is no any tracker also through which we can track. In the meantime I have send 2 letters also, but no any response haven’t found from their sides yet. So I want to complaint against this online shopping company named “kitchencup”. My order numbers are: 318943 and 318983.
