The name must be changed from BattleGrounds Mobile India to Hackers-Grounds Mobile India
What kind of game handling / administrative is this. The lobby is full of cheaters and hackers and they are not afraid of reports at all. I guess the report we people give is not monitored by actual person instead its been addressed by an algorithm or program. An these hackers / cheaters have find a way to by pass the system. The Genuine players who use to play the game are leaving the games, your statics must be showing this as well. Number may be low but its happening.
I know you have huge customer / player base and you must be least bother about these type of complaints / emails but I suggest to improve the security of the game and eradicate these hackers else the people gonna leave your game. Introduce some high quality security system in your game application.
