I had booked my flat in selenite, bangalore in june 2012 and was promised hand over by august 2014. Multiple attempts to reach out to kristalgroup in understanding the delay in execution has failed. Moreover kristalgroup had committed to register the flat once 85% of flat cost is paid to them – inspite of me paying 90% of flat cost, kristalgroup goes duck when asked for registering this flat. My life savings is stuck in this property along with a pain to pay monthly emi to bank for the loan taken for this property. Karnataka government and the banks should take high disciplinary action on such builders who swallow citizens money.
