I saw an advertisement on YouTube and purchased 3 cotton kurtis on 10th May 2023. It was buy 2 get one free. I ordered 3 kurtis and paid Rs. 478 via Gpay. I also received a conformation email regarding my order. On 13th May 2023 I tried to track my order it said that the site is not available. I also tried checking it’s site and the site is also not available.
I have also emailed asking then yoh provide me with the details pr status of my order. I have the payment details as well as the email that they had sent me.
Their email id through which I received the order conformation is [email protected]. and the order no is #1003.
The reason why I am registering a complain is that the site wasn’t available to check the details and the link to check the order status is also not available. The site says that it’s no longer available. And there is no phone number also available to check regarding the status. Kindly consider the complain and do the needful at the earliest.

I ordered three cotton dresses from kumkum dresses ( order number 20656) on 28/6/23. I made a prepayment through gpay. But, I am yet to receive my purchase.
This is a fraud site as there is no details of despatch or tracking details.
Please return the money or else I will file a case with cyber fraud department.

My Order No 1037 done through kumkum dresses my shopify. Com of two women kurtas for Rs.478 on May 16th 2023 for merchant has been succeeded through team Payu. I have not yet received my Order, kindly arrange for Refund of my amount.
I am terribly disappointed, as this is the first time I’ve made a purchase through kum kum dresses my shopify. Com.
