I received today on 10th December 23 at about 1.15pm from a courier company called Delhivery when i told him want to open he said its open delicery pay cash n demanded for the same of Rs.640/-. Aftee the person (Vikram) ledt i opened the parcel to find two damaged kurtis smelling flithy n damaged when called the courier guy he said wont return call the Company n compain. I called him 2 to 3 times to of no use.
Request you all to take the matter n make the company to reimburse the amount.
