Dear Sir/Ma’am. I Ashwani Kapoor am a retired senior citizen. I have no other income but only pension. Even if a very small amount from pension gets stolen from pension amount pinces hard.
I had to purchase some toy for my grandkids. While online searching i found an item flying helicopter 2-in-1 with remote for kids. It Lacasha.com site. Noticing the toy suitable to my pocket I liked to place an order for the toy for my grand kids.
So I have placed an order for flying indoor helicopter 2-in-1 with remote control for kids order number-90128 dated 27th February 2022. I had paid Rs 179/- through paytm but have not received the item till date.
Repeated mails and online complaints in this regard are not being answered. Though the amount involved is not very high but it pinch citizen like me a pensioner. There is no customer care number available on company’s web site and mail is not being answered.
Don’t know how to contact. I request that some strict action is required to be initiated against such company which is cheating peoples and money cheated from me may provided back.
