I dipak kumar maiti at lacasha.com I buy online a multi function mini portable air conditioner on 19/04/2022 and pay Rs. 399.00 order no. 158395 . The next day I realise the shiping address of that order is mistaken by me so I wrote to lacasha through email to cancel that order. But yet I can’t received any response from the company. Also I can’t get any confirmation email from the company or yet I don’t get that mini portable a. c. or that company don’t back my money. Not only that on 20/04/2022 when I go to change the login password then the website want the last log in passward. As the passward I forgot then I try to set new passward using forgot passward option and there show a massage. The massage is “Successfully send OTP to your register email I’d. “. But yet I don’t get any OTP in my email I’d. from the website (lacasha.com).
