I would like to inform you on April 17,2022 I ordered two Multi-function Mini Portable Air Conditioners to Lacasha through their website (lacasha.com). The total amount was paid through my Paytm UPI Account on the same day. But still my order status is ‘Pending’ and the products are not despatched. I already informed them twice- first, on April 18, 2022 via the ‘Contact us’ link in their website. Second on April21, 2022from my email account to their email (info.lacasha.com). All my communications remain unresponded so far.I am giving below the details of my account, order and payment. For further clarification I will upload so screen shots in support of my statement.
