Dear sir,
Today i saw a house for rent. As usual every one asked the two months advance, he also asked. Along with that he was asking 10K more as deposit. He was saying this deposit will not refund if i vacate within year. He was charging extra 1k for car parking although not sufficient place for all residents who were staying in that group house. He was also charging more for maintenance 1500 /-. Is there anyway to control such money pulling methods from customers.
