Complainant Account Number / Payer ID / Policy Number : Finq Ac no fq 20492961,I signed contract Ac No (CFD fq30492258) which is Demo Account no),so its not valid contract also.
Total amount of deposits to FINQ 44,501.00 USD
The money I recovered through my bank 35,801.00 USD
Amount still owed to me by FINQ 8700.00 USD
In summary, this company (FINQ) has:
a. Failed to display any sort of willingness to solve this matter amicably directly with
me, despite all of my attempts.
b. Failed to provide me with the phone call recordings I had with the agents assigned to me
c. Failed to provide me with the evidence of the licenses and qualifications of the
account managers that were assigned to me and who were providing me investment advice.
d. Subjected me to intimidation in order to have me cancel withdrawals. On 04.04.2021 I
was pressured by one of the four account managers to cancel the withdrawal request.
He told me the company was offering a “bonus” which was expiring at that same moment (thus creating a sense of urgency to have me keep my money on their platform).
e. Subjected me to constant aggressive phone calls and pressure to increase my deposits
to the platform.
f. Provided with false information when I involved the bank. The account manager
