I wanted to apply for an work from home job so i applied online and one day i got message in what’sapp from HR Tanu Patel from lean n earn company that I don’t have to pay registration fees and can join work and I asked them clearly before joining whether should I pay any registration fees they said no you don’t have to then I sent my details like aadhar , mail id, alternative phn no, and my last Qualification and they told me to wait for 5 mins then I got a mail about my username and password for that website and they told me I have to sign an so called agreement to start doing work. So, when I started reading the agreement I came across that I have to pay 5100 as a membership fees I told them I won’t pay so let me cancel and they started blackmailing me saying that my aadhar will be blocked they file a case against me and all and that one always contacted me in WhatsApp and he told his company lawyer will call me and he told even if u want to cancel you should pay 6018 as a penalty under some section he said and also he told me that i have to pay 6018 within 15 mins or else he will file a case against me and I have to go all the way to Surat and should pay 20000-25000 wtf 🤬 Then they are texting me like u have extra 15 minutes if u pay within that time I’ll help you and after that he sent me texts like you failed to pay the money so you will receive notice in the address you have mentioned in your aadhar and then right after that he sent me a link and told me to attend that luckily I haven’t even touched that damn link. They sent me that link because if i touched that they can tell that i attended their classes and I’m refusing to pay luckily I’m aware of that. Then after few hours they sent me some 50 rupees document without any seal that probably they created it on their own . I told my family and my dad’s friend is one of the cyber crime officer and filed a case in my nearest police station against that company that they are threatening me. I have all the screenshots and all that he have sent me and phone call recording. I hope u will take a deservable punishment to these people who try to rob others money.
