I faced the problem by this company so called “Learn and Earn”. Few days back i tried to find a part time job which would help me to earn money along with my studies , so i better felt like to give it a try.
I got a call from this company where i was informed that i can learn how to earn money in one week without paying even a single penny and if i wish to continue after one week then i would have to pay 5k – 6k rupees for that . After one week i got threatening emails in which they mentioned that either i have to pay 6000 rupees to them or they will take action legally.
Now here the question arises Why would i pay them Rs 6000 when i have neither attended any one of their classes nor i wished to. Moreover they misused my signature on the affidavit which i haven’t even signed. These fraudsters are earning/ looting money illegally from the people and they are expecting us to pay them money by threatening us through sending emails wherein they mentioned about IPC Section: 406 .
