I have ordered a designer dress with dupatta on 10/12/2021. But what i received is a old saree on 20/12/2021. And they have collected rs.800 as COD. The company website has mentioned 20 days return.
I wanted to opt for a return and refund but no details of how to proceed. They have not mentioned any of the contact details like phone number except for the mail. Very cleverly they have given only mail I’d so they they need not respond.
Cheat all the customer who buys. i have sent several mails for the same for which no response from their end. I keep on sending mails daily, but end up getting fooled. They are purely a cheater and fake company.
I need my money back or send me the correct product. It was mentioned 20 days return. But how to process. I can easily send the package back to the given address, but what if I don’t get my money back and again get cheated.
Please take a strict action against them.and resolve this problem as soon as possible. I either need the correct ordered product or need my money back. I am sending them mails from the day i received their package.
But no response that shows it is not a genuine company or store.
