I have ordered samsung core on 14 feb 2014 I have paid the processing fees RS 999.00 and have received only one message informing about the transaction ID. i.e. LBM14027730 after this they messaged that you will receive another email. But there was no email. I complained on their email enquiring about the transaction and they replied on that you will receive a mail we have processed your request for mobile. I am continiously calling at their call center but no one is picking up the call. I am calling regularly but no one is responding. Its been 18 days since I have ordered cell. till the date of order no mails have been received. and no response from te

  2. I am quite not satisfied with the service of letsbuymobile.
    I don’t understand what criteria do they match with for the EMI of >1500/- ? This is really not acceptable. They will mail you only once when you place order. Then you will have to follow up with them. Once you have placed the order then you have to be constantly in touch with them for the status. After 15 days they will give you the status of your order & then if you are lucky & match with THEIR CRITERIA means you won the JACKPOT & finally you will get your product. I placed the order 21/3/2014 & after constant follow up finally I got the message on 3/4/2014 stated that order does not match with their CREDIT POLICY so we are not eligible & will not get the product.

    Whenever you call to the call center executives they never aware of your order status.
    Only that SMS can give you the status which you might receive on 13/14th day of placing the order till the time you just have to wait.
