Dear sir/mam

It is to bring in your notice that , we are being mislead by the customer care service of LG in Chandigarh.

Describing whole issue,
A complaint in Chandigarh region LG care was filed for repair of refrigerator (heating problem) against complaint no. RNP182504079647 dated 4.5.18,

In reply refrigerator was serviced for gas problem and amount of 1590 was charged. (Invoice no. SCHA/2038 Dr. 10.5.18.

But, same heating problem re appear after one day.

Second complaint was filed for the same against complaint no. RNP180519069584 . Again fridge was serviced and new condenser coil was installed , charging Rs. 664.3 (invoice no. SCHA/2733 Dt. 26.5.18.

But, again same heating problem was observed after two days.

Then, third time complaint was registered against no. RNP180602013294.

Now service provider claims the compressor problem is there and estimates Rs. 4,500 for the repair.

This incident has cause too much harassment and lose of time.
Please look at this issue.
