LG WASHING MACHINE
Purchase washing machine from Electronic Palace, ambedkar road, ghaziabad. Product delivered by the seller in time but not installed the product and have given the lg service centre number. I explore all the way but found helpless none of the service provider has installed my newly purchase washing machine. Then I contacted the seller to install the machine but always consoled that I don’t have time to call the service boy to install the product. After fully frustration and mentally disturbed by this scenario ( i have called so many time to the seller and lg service centre, but all the efforts made nothing to come to solution). Then I requested the seller to return the product but in the given time he has not come. I am forced to write this complaint here because of i get mentally disturbed by this kind of service from both the side.
Please help me to come out with this situation.
