I have ordered 2 products from libaas queen and in their home page, it’s mentioned easy return within 7 days, however after ordering it’s seen that only exchange option is there and that too we need to return it back ourself. Then when I got the packet, only one product was there which was of cheap quality and different color from what I have ordered. And the other product worth rs 1995 was not even there. Then I raised an issue in their email and WhatsApp and they told me they will ship me the other product. But it’s been a week and till now it’s not trackable. Moreover they are changing their words, giving doubtful excuses after excuses. It’s a fraud team and beware of them. I would like to get my money refunded atleast
