Hello,
I had purchased a saree from Libaas Queen online but the product that I received was not at all matching the picture and quality was also poor. When I contacted them on Whatsapp, they informed that they do not have refund policy and I can go for exchange. It’s been more than a month they have taken the item I had ordered previously and have not delivered the new item. They are not responding to my messages and are not reachable.
