I ordered product from Libaas Queen on 17th June and received it on 26th June. Since that day I am requesting for return or exchange because the product was of cheap quality. They have watsapp chat support too.. So I placed request on that platform. They said exchange is possible but never proceeded with it. Everytime may be a new executive attends the chat and ask for your order id and confirm exchange ho jayega and disappears.. Next day again they ask for order id.. So this is happening from 26th June till date ( 7th July 2023) .. They are not maintaining any chat history.. It’s pathetic site. Please don’t get scammed by their reference images.
