i have booked a dress ( Designer anarkali suit with duppata black in color of Rs.999 ) on 3rd nov, 2023 for the auspicious Diwali celebration.
Not taking consideration emotions of a buyer to purchase and given traumatic stress caused an issue in my home.
The items (one pink kuti with 2 unmatched bottoms) dispatched are not the dress i booked, even not tagged (so that to arise issue at the time of return), delivered through third party and also not responding to the return request on the site.
i even applied for return they havent communicate or further process, even cant connect with them through call or Mail
