M complaining against a clothing brand site www.libas.in
I ordered a suit from their site which I was trying to cancel because I did not need it anymore.. However they didn’t provide any cancellation. The product was recieved on 23rd October 2022 to which I immediately placed a returwn request. The product was picked up on 27th October, they don’t provide any notifications about the product not did they provide any updates about the refund.. you to have to constantly check their website for updates… In site it has been updated that the refund has been credited to bank to account but it has not been reflected on my bank account yet.. my order number was #323762 and the amount to be refunded is Rs2393.
I waited for a day or two after their update but the amount still hasn’t reflected.. I tried to called their customer support number +919899990772 which they recieved after calling fives times in a row… The person who picked up said the refund has been initiated yesterday i.e on 31st October and will be reflected in the next 7 business days.. But when I read the complaints of other customers i was distresses.. many customers have not received their refund amount even after a month or two of complaining.. which why I am writing this complain to inform that is site is a fraud.. that is not providing any refund amount to their customers.. please stop this fraud after refunding customer’s money..
