Hello Sir/Madam,
I have taken a Home loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd, started end of last year 2012. I would like to inform you that I have some concerns with my agent and the way my loan is going on.
LIC Housing Finance is not releasing full money of what was sanctioned when I took the loan. Because of some people I am not able to get full payment of my loan. I have been following up with them from last 2 months but no positive response. I have tried every means of communication Agent, Agent manager, Area manager but it seems they are just sitting ideally.
Every time, I call agent he said reports are not ready. I am not sure why should customer need to face these problems as I think it supposed to solve LIC people internally?
They are not evening telling me what is the procedure to change the bank.
I request you to please take an appropriate action against them and ask them to solve the issue as soon as possible.
