My name is Manuj Batra and my registration number is 21400020093 with LPU-DE. I am a student of MBA program and my complaint is regarding WRONG EXAMINATION PATTERN IN DMGT 504 EXAM OF JUNE 2016 TERM. As per the LPU-DE guidelines only 2 analytical and 8 descriptive questions will come in a exam under 10 marks questions section but in the exam of DMGT 504 i.e. Operations Research of this June 2016 examination, this thing did not happen. In this exam, 5 analytical questions and 5 descriptive questions had come which was against the examination pattern provided by the LPU-DE to the students at LPU E-Connect. I have filled the discrepancy of this in the exam but nothing happened regarding it. I have prepared the descriptive questions for this exam but due to 5 analytical questions which came in the exam against the examination pattern, i got failed, only 19 marks out of 80 were given to me, i have sent the revaluation request, paid the fee for it but no grace marks were given to me, only 1 mark got increased. Now, my score in this exam is 20 out of 80. While giving this exam, i talked with the coordinator, he told me just to fill the discrepancy as the exam did not come as per the university pattern, which i did but nothing has happened regarding it. They have failed me unnecessarily. I have lodged a complaint in the university but instead of providing me the resolution, they have harassed me and exploited me by misbehaving with me and by asking bribe from me. The examination department people have asked bribe from me to get me pass in this exam but i refuse to pay them so they have not done anything regarding my complaint and they refuse to provide me my original Detailed Marks Sheet and my MBA Degree. Kindly, file a case against them. I want justice.
