Placed my order with them on 18th janurary wiyh a promise of delivery of part order within 10-12 days..
Ms. Kritika the executive sucked up calls to me ro confirm the order and to assure me the best service and get the advance processed.. its been 20 days let alone the order be received, this company n Ms. Kritika are ignoring calls and neither call back.
