I placed order with full payment on 20th Nov 2021 for kids book Rs 2200 and shipping charge Rs 139.
after 11 days still status is pending. There is no option to cancel order in website so I have sent email to ship or cancel order.
They are not responding nor they are cancelling my order. Please suggest me what should I do for the same.
Status shows “Awaiting seller approval”, if seller is not approving after 11 days then why they wait and I said to cancel order although not cancelling.
If they dont have product then why they are taking payment, if something wrong with seller then they should cancel my order and refund.
Please suggest what should I do.
