I’m from Uttrakhand and usually buy the Kerala lottery tickets. But in second time, I have been cheated by a cheater in form of Ananthanshanmuga, Maha lottery agency, Kollam-691008 , Kerala..whatsapp no.-8807675739.
Infact I bought 6 different numbers tickets of Vishu 91, Kerala lottery bumper. With the website- www.keralalotteryonlinebuy.com.
I paid Rs. 1780 for six tickets including 200 for postal charge , totally, Rs. 1980.. he send image of six tickets on whatsapp number bearing same numbers. I recalled him to send the tickets in different numbers, by whatapp chat. He never didn’t give any ticket and any response at all.
