From Pune (Nigdi) to Raipur, I had already purchased a ticket. Only an hour or so before my scheduled departure, I received a call informing me that the bus would no longer be stopping in Nigdi and that I should instead catch it in Sangamvadi. For the sake of catching the bus, I had to reserve a cab and pay an additional Rs. 450.
Bus was two hours late upon arrival in Sangamvadi. About the start time, nothing was said. The bus is undergoing repairs, they simply kept saying.
6:00amwasthetimeofdeparturefromRaipur. However, the bus was 4.5 hours late. By 10:30 am, it had dropped us.
On the same day, in the evening, we intended to return. Nevertheless, solely as a result of this awful experience, we were unable to complete the task and were forced to stay behind an additional day, costing us an additional Rs. 3000.
Avoid using this worst travels as much as possible.
