I ordered a pure cotton kurti against order number #TY13217 dated 03-02-21 on COD expecting the similar product I ordered next day I got the delivery on dated 04-02-21 I was shocked to see the kurti I received it was totally different what I ordered. Even the material was synthetic which wouldn’t be useful for me because I am a vitiligo patient never wears synthetic cloths.Even as per the material he charged too high.
I went to website and file a request of refund as it was mention to their return policy to file a request within 3 days of order received.
But I didn’t get any reply. Neither any other customer care contact detail are mentioned nor any other information of concerning person are found on website ( makewayfab. Com)
May I request to you kindly refund my money back and impose criminal charges against the person making fraud.
