I have ordered for a ladies suit to this company and made an upfront payment of Rs.699/- through their payment gateway Razorpay and I have got confirmed information that the amount has been transferred to Make Way Fab. But, since morning, I have been trying to contact the customer care no. of the company and there was nothing called customer care in this company. Rather I have got phone call from a fraudster to reveal my payment link to refund the amount which is highly objectionable and against the cyber crime rules. I think severe action should be taken against the company and see that the portal is closed with immediately otherwise gulliable people will be victims of such cyber thieves who are experts in hacking and stealing your bank information. Razorpay also should not entertain such harmful companies else their reputation will be in jeopardy.
