I have ordered a suit vide Order ID MT161019451745 but the item delivered is not complete. The trouser is missing in the packet. Also the quality of the product is very poor quality. I need to return the product and want my cash back

I had ordered a kurti of Rs 799.on 6th May 2022.My order Number is 165185553202.I had ordered from MAKE WAY FAB which is also under the name of Glociahub.Please do not order any thing from these fake sites.Its been 12 days ,i haven’t received product.They don’t receive the customer care number at all. Taking people hardearn money is crime and i am going to lodge an FIR against these sites.They need to severely punished.
I have order some other product in combo but received very cheap product and I have no other way to contact them please help me in getting my money back

I have booked SKU combo-2(K-111+S-703) for Rs 999/- Large & made payment through Kotak Mahindra Card ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 4936 on 25/06/2021 @ 13.14pm but till today i have not received any confirmation about the product & even I have not received order no. also. please check your end n revert back to me.
