I orderd two suits on 8th of June and they confirmed the order by call. I received the product which was totally different. Itried to contact to there customer care but they received my 23rd call. And after that they told me to send an email to their site. But I didn’t get reply for 2 days. I called them again and this time they received my 15th call and then forwarded my mail. I received a mail in which I was told that I will have to courier the product onto my expenses and that they will not refund the amount rather they will turn the amount into points and I can avail the points within one year. This is the scam they are doing sitting there. I want my money back and the amount I have paid for the courier.
