I purchased online suit. When I received product, it was cheapest quality product. I have paid 1200 for the product. At time of purchasing, the return of item facility was available. But now I phoned the number given on delivery pouch and number given on sight available at the time of booking the order, the number is not reachable. This is the fraud. The product I received, have price approx 150-200 rs only.

I have ordered a suit but I have received a saree plz returned your product and returned my money.
MAKEWAY FAB, A-312 Beside Shree Mahavir Textile Market, Saroli Road, Surat sent me a wrong product and now has it’s phone number switched off and also no option of return is given in it’s online service sight, also customer care service number is also fake.
Now I don’t know how can I contact to the firm, and how can I ask to return back the item.
