I purchased unlimited web hosting plan from manashosting for one year . They gave me additional one year extension which will expire in 15 June,2015. I also paid them extra Rs 2500/ for 5 page designing which is now pending. In December, 2013 manashosting sent me en email to migrate to new server within a week free of cost bot I could not do so as the credential they provide would not work. All of a sudden they block our website which is quite embarrassing for us. They ask to deposit extra Rs 50/ per month being share hosting fee. If I have paid for whole package for more than a year , why should I pay extra ? They could block my site login option but they suspended the site publicly displaying message from parallels panel.
