I purchased a plot of land through Manju Groups at their Avadi Greenspots project, motivated by my mother who took the initiative in acquiring the property. At the time of purchase, the developers promised several infrastructure improvements, including road construction, street lighting, and electricity connections.
Unfortunately, to this day, not a single development commitment has been fulfilled. Additionally, the patta (ownership document) has not been transferred to my name, despite repeated follow-ups.
I’ve contacted several representatives at Manju Groups — from general managers to senior executives — but received no meaningful resolution. The emotional and financial stress has been overwhelming. I’ve spent sleepless nights and shed countless tears after losing lakhs of rupees.
To make matters worse, I was recently contacted and asked to pay more money for the patta transfer, with no assurance or official bill provided.
This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I urge others to exercise caution and do thorough research before investing in this project or with this developer.
