Manju Groups cheating house buyers.
Before book, I asked, if loan not approved, do you refund my booking amount.
Manju groups sales person Indhumathi, Kathik(GM), Venkatesh Babu(GM) were agreed to refund the booking advance if loan not approved.
I paid Rs.50, 000 as booking amount for Manju Groups Avadi. I applied loan via Manju Group’s loan agent Suresh. Also, due to COVID, I lost my job in-between. My loan was not approved.
Even after 1 year, Manju Groups is refusing to pay my booking advance. Be carefull and think 10 times before you book properties with Manju Groups.
