I have registered the plot in Jan 2022 in manju group greenspot selas coonoor. During that time before me giving the payment, they assured me that basic amenities like Roads/electricity and water will be given to all the customers and this is a gated community and it will be done in a years time. But even upon regular followup even till today, none of the above basic amenities are provided and when we call them their behavior is rude. Hence i lost trust of these frauds who are cheating people like me and want to raise a complaint , I want my money back with current market value and due to this mental stress i am spoiling my health.
