This real estaste company will ruin people life..
Pls read belowMyself and family visited the Site(MahaIswarya) on 18th September 2016 (i.e) even before the site was launched officially. we surveyed the site and found was good, but still we were not 100% sure on buying the Plot on the same day.

But after some inputs from the Manju Group associate who was guiding as through site updated saying that plots are getting booked at high threshold and suggested as to pay some holding amount. Also we were updated that plot which we were about to hold(Plot No 49) is already holded by so and so person with 10, 000 INR and again Manju Group associate asked us to pay something more that is 50, 000INR to hold plot in our favour.

Again we were not sure and said we may have to discuss with the entire family and pay the remaining amount (50, 000INR).

Very next day, that is on 19th SEP I myself rang to associate from Manju group ( Jaya Kumar) and informed that we are not having enough funds right now and we are not in situation to buy land for some period of time.

After having got the response from the associate, myself and family walked down to the Manju group office directly and met GM ( Raj Kumar) and said that we are not in situation to buy the plot after having brainstorming discuss in the family. Major reason is we are not having enough funds to proceed. So we suggested from a refund of 50, 000INR.

Later Rajkumar(GM) gave us the suggestion saying that Pls have some more discussion and let us know the final result on Sunday ( i.e) 25th Sep 2016.

To keep the words me and parents again had discussion and found that still it will not be suitable time for us to buy the house since we are running short of funds and moreover we are in the rented house right so cannot bare the loan EMI as well.

On Sunday morning (25th SEP 2016) Launch day of the site, We got call from the Manju group telecaller suganya asking for the update and it was around 10.30AM in the morning were we declared saying we cannot proceed further due to fund issue in the family and even informed her to update this to Umesh again an associate from manju Group.

Having said our concerns for backing out right from every next day( i.e on 19th Sep 2016 ) and also having this updated face to face with GM Rajkumar and associate Umesh, Still Am being blamed that plot is on hold for myself and we have not sold.( This is was updated by Umesh).

But i just want to know why this is being blamed like this when we as a customer are very open in bring out concerns for back out.

I would like to have this brought to high level management of the Manju group do take action accordingly. Because Penny which we paid from the reservation is not less. Hope you as customer centric organisation give has positive solution.

Also, just wanted to highlight since i am following Manju Group for short while and found to be as customer centric organisation, I did not get even single softcopy of the proof from the money which i paid for the holding this is completely a blind trust which i had on Manju group.
