Sir,
I have given my honda unicorn 150 (KL 16 R 342)for 3rd free service at Trivandrm Marikar motors service centre, Statue. After service it is noticed that the Speedometre is not working. So i went back to the service centre to show the complaint on same day evening by 6pm. They checked the vehicle, but said that their centre is closing at that time, so they would rectify the complaint on next day asper my preference. I am working in Police department, due to my duty i bring them my vehicle on 10.07.2017. After checkup the service advisor said me that the wire cable to speedometre is broken, so it will cost around Rs.120,Becoz cable is not under warranty. So i agreed to pay that amount. But after the service they given me a bill amout of Rs.237 including Labor charge. I told about this to advisor and he said he didnt know who billed it, that is how the bill amount is Rs.237 and it cannot be changed after billing, So i have to pay the amount to get my vehicle. The complaint was not my fault becoz the spwedometer works properly before their service. I am not satisfied at all. The service also was poor. I am requesting you to kindly give a reply on this matter.
