This company has been advertising about a course that i enrolled. Upon registration, no information was shared, it was said that their website was under maintenance and they have created FB Groups for support.
I requested to enter the FB group, but no access was given. When i asked for refund, the representative immediately gave me access, took a screenshot and shared with me saying, you already have access and once information has been shared, we cannot provide refund.
This is beyond ridiculous, they have no moral ethics at all. I would never like to learn from a team whose foundation is weak and immoral. I have been asking for a refund for 3 days now, but they keep replying unnecessary stuffs. I want my refund!.
