Complaint against MGVPL for cheating and fraud – To file FIR

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Amit Kumar S/o Suresh Kumar, residing at Ludhiana Punjab. I am writing to lodge a complaint against a travel company named MGVPL (Marriott Grand Vacations Private Limited), operating from [Company’s address/website/contact if known].

On 30th June , I paid a total amount of ₹1.5 Lac to MGVPL for travel booking/services as per their offer/promise. Despite full payment, the company has neither provided the promised booking/service nor refunded my money. I have made multiple attempts to contact their representatives via [mention modes: phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.], but they are avoiding all communication and have failed to deliver the service.

This constitutes a clear case of cheating (Section 420 IPC) and criminal breach of trust (Section 406 IPC). I will register an FIR against the company and initiate an investigation.
